How do we deliver?
We send all our parcels out by City Link, Royal Mail or UPS,
usually within two working days of receiving your order, but
in exceptional circumstances it can take up to five working days.

and we will do our very best to make it happen.
Where do we deliver?
PegasusHealth.com ships to all UK postcodes and most countries
within mainland Europe. Please contact us directly for shipping
queries to other countries and if you need to clarify costs
and estimated delivery times.
How much does shipping cost?
We do not charge for our eco-friendly packing materials
and subsidise our rates to keep the cost to you as low as possible.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight
of the products and the postcode to which they are being delivered.
The cost is automatically added to your shopping basket and displayed
before you confirm your order. Shipping weight is the gross weight of
the products plus their usual packaging. Charges shown below are all
inclusive of VAT.
Standard UK mainland delivery costs
Delivery of a small package weighing 1kg or less costs £3.95 to
all UK postcodes.
A parcel of up to 30kg costs £5.75 to postcodes in England, Wales and
southern Scotland (Zone 1 on the map below), then £3.50 per additional parcel.
If you spend £75 or more, delivery to these areas is FREE. If you live in the
London Congestion Charge area you pay £5.95 for one parcel then £3.50 per
additional parcel.
Remote UK delivery costs
Unfortunately we have to pass on the more expensive costs of delivering
parcels of up to 30kg to remote areas of the UK - Zones 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on the map below.

International Customs and Duties
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, no
sales tax (VAT) will be added to your order. However, if you
order horse supplements
to be delivered outside the European Union,
they may be subject to import duties or taxes when they enter the
country of delivery. Any customs, import duties or taxes payable
in the customer's country are solely the responsibility of the customer.
