Equine America Dye-Retic is used to encourage a healthy balance of fluid within the body and promote healthy kidney function.

Dye-Retic can be used on a weekly basis to naturally balance water levels within the body or prior to competition to reduce weight. Products such as this should be used with caution, and not used on pregnant mares or as a daily supplement unless recommended by a veterinary surgeon.

Dye-Retic can be administered by syringe or added to the feed.

How does it work?

Dye-Retic is a palatable solution containing Juniper Berries, Uva Ursi and Buchu - plants known for their ability to naturally encourage a healthy balance of fluids in the body. Dye-Retic will encourage the expulsion of fluid from the body and increase urination.

Dye-Retic may be fed on a regular basis. However, this should be done with caution and only when advised by your veterinary surgeon.

Water, Dextrose, Honey, Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis), Uva Ursi (arcloslaphylos Uva Ursi) and Buchu (Barosma betulina).

For excess water retention in an average 500kg horse feed 30ml for 3 to 4 consecutive days. For maintenance feed 30ml once each week.
