Fans of Robbie Williams classic pop songs will be delighted to hear that British dressage rider – and GB Captain – Richard Davison has chosen them as the soundtrack for his dressage freestyle in the run-up to the 2012 Olympics.

Davison is aiming to compete in his fourth Olympics riding Hiscox Artemis.

Hit singles including Let Me Entertain You and Rock DJ have been reworked by Joost Peteers and specially recorded by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. Robbie Williams has also recorded a special introduction to the piece while songwriter Guy Chambers, who worked with Williams on the original songs, also plays on the new arrangements.

Davison was due to perform this week at Holland’s leading indoor dressage competition at s’Hertogenbosch.
