Designed to support vitality, provide nutritional support of the pituitary gland and optimise gut function.
The ageing process can affect horses and ponies in a number of different ways. One area increasingly seen, particularly in the IR (Insulin Resistant) animal, is that of pituitary gland stress. Commonly seen as a curly coat that doesn't shed, poor condition, excessive drinking, lethargy and, often of most concern, stress in the hoof and laminae.
Does NAF Cushinaze work?
NAF Cushinaze is unique, as it contains key herbal elements known for supporting the pituitary gland, including Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus), with essential nutritive support of the whole horse. Gut health is provided by live probiotic yeasts to ensure efficient matabolism and optimum condition, in combination with magnesium to support glucose matabolism in IR individuals. Healthy hooves are supported by equine MSM, with scientifically verified antioxidants to flush out harmful toxins most often seen as hoof stress. Ginko and ginseng are included to herbally support a bright, active mind in ageing animals. NAF Cushinaze also provides essential immune support for general health and vitality.
NAF Cushinaze is recommended for all horses and ponies where blood tests confirm, or one or more key signs indicate the presence of pituitary stress.
